I saw a few Korean tweets linking the oyster and other pics to this book and now seeing this in starting to think it was intentional?
I must be blind because I'm not seeing it. i thought the inspiration of those outfits were Lara Croft
They're wearing corsets/it's the matching corset look, plus the framing here is kind of similar
I never would have thought of Lara croft because that's not what she usually wears. It's subtle but since others picked up on other visual references that could be related to this book I do think there's some inspiration coming from it similar to how people related Carmila to monster even though there weren't exactly direct references

I'm avoiding the clips to get the whole experience later. What is everyone else's opinion on the songs?
Da Solid 10/10 album based on the clips alone. I might change the rating if Tilt turns out to be too experimental but for now it sounds intriguing. The songs are very velvety and the R&B descriptions match. GND and Irresistible are easily my favorites with Heaven following next but tbh all the bsides sound amazing. Their vocals are insane. Like actually insane. It's crazy how great they sound together. I like the songs so much better than monster ep already.
That's good to hear. As I much I liked the monster mini, I'm excited for something different.

Da Cmiiw in carmilla move, they wore corset too if i'm not mistaken. Must be coincident.
But tipping the velvet has oyster, so..this is it.
Wow. I think aseul is irreplaceable since monster. Irene really love aseul. They both work so hard but stupid akgaes just have to ruin it. Their love for their work are mesmerizing to me. It's beautiful and sincere. I wish the best for aseul. They deserve so much more. Inspiring indeed.
^ worth the wait. Very thoughtful of them.
This pictures aren't as intense as the earlier pictures with red background. Was it because of the background? The latest one is blue more calming.
Uh.. in the scene where they’re choking each other, are they standing or is one on top of the other or what
It just looks like Irene’s shoe is behind seulgi

Seulgi was sitting on Irene's lap. You can see her knees on either side of Irene's waist

They're sitting I think or she's in the same position as when she pulls her up. I think because they're fighting in the MV Irene gets knocked out and when Seulgi goes over and holds her up Irene may snap out of it and choke her so then they choke each other?

I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. Aseul is for the women gaze only
Honestly scared for them because of their country LOL but yes lesbianism!!
Yeah everything oozes lesbianism it’s so perfect. The female gaze is perfect. You can see it’s made by women for women who own their own sexuality for themselves.
It’s so nice to see a lesbian concept that is actually lesbian and not a disgusting straight man using two women as dolls for his repulsive objectifying pornified concept.

Agree with everything you said 100%. Just a couple of amazing women being themselves, doing their craft and loving what they do. We love to see it.
