For example, during that NYE schedule in the PH, they didn’t tell Wendy anything. And during this year’s SM Towns, they were doing their own thing without telling Joy either

da Not including Irene is definitely a choice. Since it doesn't mean other people revealing that Irene really went there wasn't respecting her privacy. The probably would've also asked.

A Koda Kumi or Namie Amuro cover would be amazing as well.

OP I'm just speculating, because in the past other groups have covered other artists' songs, so in Aseul’s case it could be a possibility. However, since they both have solo songs, there’s a bigger chance they’ll perform their own material. But I mean, why not? They can cover other Japanese idols’ songs as well to feel closer to the audience.
Ummm I think the concept will be similar to Tilt and Monster. Even if they are working under another label, SM does have a lot to say about what their artists have to do, they have to “protect” their image. You mean a visual-kei–like band? That would be so 90s; Japan hasn’t been doing that in years . These days their songs are quite pop with a "pop" style, though it would still be cool to see Aseul sing another genre with a band.

I’m feeling delulu in this Chili’s tonight because why do I feel like Seulgi’s and Irene’s Bubbles are intertwining, especially the last few parts? It feels like they were talking to and answering each other, with the same sticker and all. I really miss them together, gosh. I can’t wait for the NYE event

Probably just regular vocal and dance practice plus Japanese lessons. For the NYE event, they probably will practice a week or less beforehand.
