I think she was oblivious with her feeling and attraction between them. After monster, she had learned little by little about her feeling. Somewhere between monster until jeju she realized the meaning of love. I don't know for sure. I think both irene and seulgi always like each other since beginning. When it get bigger and deeper was quite confusing to me. Irene with her strong sense as leader might be her biggest obstacles.
