Sa I find it very hard to connect with silhouetteink's characters. It just wasn't about that controversial fic but for me it's the same in all of the fics. She writes well, the fic storyline is decent enough but I don't know what but I feel something is missing. The story is romance but I don't feel the romance at all. I read her fics cause like another anon said beggars can't be choosers

DA there’s a lack of chemistry between her characters. The characters are written quite dryly so nothing about them makes you feel like they should be together beyond wanting them to be because of their names. It’s just romance in the sense that she tells you it’s romance but nothing about it actually feels like it is. It’s all tell and no show. Personally, I think her best fic was the Covid one because even if I didn’t like them much, the characters there felt the most like actual real people but I’m not keen on a Covid storyline so it’s not very rereadable for me.

She’s another case where I think her writing could benefit from a beta reader or an editor because the foundation is there, it just needs a little help.

I found this by googling seulrene proboads, so the name easily gives it away and it can be found with an easy search. I wish the link could be changed tbh. Btw the captcha is really a struggle.
